BAREWIZE — Returns & Refund Policy
1. Our Promise
At BAREWIZE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to the personal nature of our products, items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please note:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Options
Once your return request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
Store Credit (Full Value)
Receive the full value of your purchase as store credit.
This option has no fees or deductions and can be used anytime on our store.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $10 processing fee will be deducted to cover return handling and logistics.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Store credit will be issued immediately after approval
- Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos or videos if possible
We will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend selecting store credit, which allows you to place a new order immediately.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through unauthorized resellers
10. Order Cancellation
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@barewize.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please follow the return process above.
11. International Orders
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local fees
- Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a full refund
